Information Processing Services
Purpose:
The Information Processing Services (IPS) unit manages the data processing functions for the Department of Human Resources. This unit is responsible for providing reports, inquiry capabilities and other personnel information, as needed, to internal and external customers.
Data processing functions include:
- Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Processing
- Personnel Management Information System (PMIS) (state system) Personnel Data File (PDF)
- PC and Mainframe Data Processing
- Benefit Transaction & Remittance Processing
