Space Allocation Request Forms

For most requests one of the three forms below can be used. For any questions or clarification, give us a call @ 328-9492.

• Additional Space (Non-Office)
• Additional Office Space
• Authorization for Change of Use

Please note that Campus Space Planning will review each request received with the requesting unit’s dean or other appropriate individuals. In addition, consideration of requests may entail an analysis of the utilization of the space currently used by the requesting unit.
