Institution Marks
The primary logotype is the preferred institutional mark. In most cases, one of the two logotypes should be used. The wordmarks can also be used without the arches emblem. In certain cases, the arches emblem can appear apart from the wordmark, but in those cases both must appear on the item. The university seal is reserved for limited use only.
The official University form of the words East Carolina University in the Centaur typeface appear below. A secondary appearance is with the words East Carolina in Centaur font, with the word University appearing below in Gotham font.
