Landmark Under Construction

Work is under way around Wright Circle and near the Spilman Building to repair and replace underground utility lines and associated infrastructure. Above, employees of Pipeline Utilities of Raleigh remove the remnants of the walls of the fountain in Wright Circle. Once the utility work is completed, construction will begin on a new fountain.
