2009 Holiday Drive Under Way
East Carolina University Business Services has kicked off its 15th Annual ECU Holiday Drive, which helps brighten the holidays for needy children as well as elderly and disabled adults.
The program matches ECU departments or individuals who wish to support a community service project with local agencies who have clients in need.
Groups interested in helping out a child in foster care, or an elderly or disabled adult in assisted living, will receive a wish list of a child or adult they can sponsor.
The project will run through Dec. 10.
