NEW ECU RESEARCH CENTER TO STUDY NATURAL DISASTERS
East Carolina University's new Center for Natural Hazards Mitigation Research will bring to campus the study of natural disaster and its management this fall.
JOEL BUTLER NAMED TO ECU BOARD
Joel Butler, vice president for external affairs for University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina, has been named to the East Carolina University Board of Trustees. ECU AND UNIVERSITY IN KASHMIR SIGN PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
East Carolina University officials signed a partnership agreement with a Kashmiri university Oct. 14, 2004, formally establishing a global connection between ECU and the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
