The Campus Fire Safety Right-to-Know Act is a bill aimed at increasing fire safety awareness on college campuses. It amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 requiring colleges & universities to report specific fire safety information and statistics. This bill was passed by the Senate in July 2007 and awaits approval by the House of Representatives.
