ITCS requires a periodic shutdown of the Banner system in order to apply crucial system updates. The system will be unavailable from 5:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on the following Sundays of 2009. After the August downtime, the department will have the capability to apply updates without taking the Banner system offline.
