Our Mission

The personnel from the Department of Transportation and Parking Services along with Central Motor Pool are committed to the safe, beneficial and efficient management of all University parking facilities.  The staff strives to accomplish these goals through registration and enforcement procedures administered with the highest level of fairness, consistency and equitable service.

Our Structure

Parking on the East Carolina University Campus can be challenging, but with a basic understanding and a few general facts; drivers will actually find that this is a simple system. It is a zoned system that is designed to manage a limited resource of spaces for a large community of staff, faculty, students, and visitors.
