| ECU’s Parking and Transportation Department is responsible for providing parking services, parking control and coordinating transportation for all faculty, staff, students and visitors to the campus. The management of our university's 12,000 parking spaces is accomplished through vehicle registration and the enforcement of Parking and Traffic Regulations with all parking on campus by permit or the use of meters. The offices of the Parking and Transportation Department are located on 305 East 10th St. directly beside McDonald’s. Our hours are 7:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday for general information and the cashier windows are open Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 4:30.
