*ECU faculty/staff and students may only apply for parking permits for which they are eligible and permits are assigned based on availibility.

| B4 | Non-Resident Health Sciences Students with 25 or more credit hours. | $144/yr. |
| C1 | Main Campus Faculty/Staff | $72/yr. |
| C2 | Non-Resident Main Campus Student | $72/yr. |
| D | Resident Students with 24 or less credit hours. | $200/yr. |
| Motorcycle | Valid for Designated Motorcycle Spaces | $25/yr. |
