Student Permits:

Beginning July 15th, Students can begin purchasing their annual parking permits. The dates that the permit is valid have recently been changed from July 1 - June 30th to August 1st through July 30th. These dates are more in line with the academic year than the fiscal year, and it is our hope that this change will better serve the students.

Bike Permits:

Bike permits are now offered free online through your parking account in OneStop. You would follow the exact same steps as you would if you were purchasing your vehicle parking permit. The difference is there is no charge for this type of permit, and you only have to register your bike once. One bike permit will be valid for the entire time you are at ECU, versus having to renew the permit every year - unless, of course, you get a new bike. During this online process, you will have the option to indicate whether you want the permit mailed to you or if you want to pick it up in our office. For more information, please visit our bike website at: www.ecu.edu/bikes

A T T E N T I O N

Effective Monday May 13, 2013 a large portion of the B1 parking lot at the corner of 10th Street and Cotanche Street will be closed for construction. The only access to the lot will be from the 10th Street entrance. This will be closed for approximately 3 weeks.

Please see the map for area affected and alternative areas for B1 parking during this time. There will only be a very small section of the parking lot at the corner of 10th Street and Cotanche Street (WC-23) that remains open. The best B1 parking availability will be in the lot at the corner of 10th Street and Evans Street (WC-27).
