Nominate a Staff Senator
Individuals wishing to be considered for the Staff Senate must have the permission of their direct supervisor. After the closing date of nominations, the Department of Human Resources will certify the eligibility of the nominees. Supervisor approval is required before any SPA, CSS, or non-teaching EPA employee can be placed on the ballot, and submission of this nomination signifies that the nominee has supervisor approval. Approved candidates will then be notified of their nomination.
All nominations must be submitted between February 25 and March 15, 2013.
Election of senators to the Staff Senate is conducted through the Qualtrics Survey System. Each employee will receive a ballot that includes only those senate seats open in his/her division. Elections will be held the weeks of March 25 - April 12, 2013.
