Summer II

Last day for full refund or exchange on Summer II 2009 textbooks:
Wednesday, July 1, 2009 - Store receipt required

Last day for full refund or exchange on Summer II 2009 textbooks for dropped courses:
Thursday, July 9, 2009 - Store receipt and proof of dropped class required

3-day refund or exchange period on Summer II 2009 textbooks:
Thursday, July 2, 2009 - Friday, July 17, 2009

No refund or exchange period on Summer II 2009 textbooks:
Monday, July 20, 2009 - Friday, July 31, 2009

Fall 2009

Last day for full refund or exchange on Fall 2009 textbooks:
Tuesday, September 8, 2009 - Store receipt required

Last day for full refund or exchange on Fall 2009 textbooks for dropped courses:
Tuesday, October 6, 2009 - Store receipt and proof of dropped class required

3-day refund or exchange period on Fall 2009 textbooks:
Wednesday, September 9, 2009 - Wednesday, November 18, 2009

No refund or exchange period on Fall 2009 textbooks:
Thursday, November 19, 2009 - Saturday, December 19, 2009

STORE RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

A valid ECU 1Card is required for any refunds or exchanges. The condition of the book must be the same as when purchased. Price labels should be left on all books until it is determined that no refund or exchange will be needed. All materials included in packages, such as access codes, software, etc, must be returned as a complete set for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges can only be made during specified time periods, which are the following:

• First 10 class days of the Fall or Spring semester
    (First 30 class days if class is dropped with drop slip provided)
• First 5 class days of a Summer session
    (First 10 class days if class is dropped with drop slip provided)
• Within 3 business days of purchase
    (Providing it does not fall within the no refund/exchange period)

No refund/exchange periods are between the time beginning 3 weeks prior to the first day of final exams through the last day of final exams. In addition, no refunds or exchanges are given between the time beginning 10 days prior to and through the day of exams.
