For careers in general accounting, the management accounting program provides practical education in various areas such as managerial accounting, internal auditing, and governmental accounting. This program develops an excellent foundation for other business areas and for graduate studies in such areas as Business Administration, Public Administration and Health Care Management. The more traditional focus for careers in public accounting or advanced placement in industry is fulfilled via the graduate program's Masters of Science (MSA or BSA/MSA) in Accounting.
