The BSBA in Accounting provides a broad overview of significant issues in accounting and a detailed examination of internal accounting issues. The program will prepare graduates for entry-level positions in a corporate accounting department, including manufacturing, service industry, as well as governmental entities. The focus is on providing accounting information for decision makers and participating in the management process. The courses include an array of topics needed for an accounting manager working in a dynamic environment.

MSA Degree

The Master of Science in Accounting provides academic preparation for professional careers in public accounting.

Completion of this program prepares graduates for positions in areas such as public, industry, and governmental accounting.  Most students with an undergraduate accounting degree can finish the program in 30 graduate hours (39 to 45 hours for students with non-accounting undergraduate degrees).  In addition, most people completing the program will be prepared for professional exams following graduation.  Graduates normally score well above the national average on the professional examinations.
