Advising Center

The mission of ECU's College of Business Academic Advising Center is to provide a supportive learning environment of undergraduate students. The advising center goals are to:

  • Provide information regarding degree requirements, academic rules and regulations, and assist in major exploration.
  • Engage students in activities that challenge and support their holistic development.
  • Serve as a liaison to connect students with campus resources.
  • Work in collaboration with the College of Business Career Services and Business Communication Center to provide opportunities that will enhance student development of necessary skills to assume professional and community leadership positions.
Academic Advising

Each student is assigned an Academic Advisor to provide support and guidance throughout their time at ECU. Advisors review degree requirements and provide ongoing updates regarding academic rules and regulations. Ultimately it is the student's responsibility to be cognizant of degree requirements. Students should become familiar with the Undergraduate Catalog.
