The mission of the Center for Healthcare Information Systems Research (CHISR)
is to promote and facilitate applied, collaborative technology between ECU
College of Business faculty and faculty at the School of Medicine, the School of
Allied Health Services, and the School of Nursing.

The CHISR also encourages collaborative healthcare research between ECU
College of Business faculty and researchers at other academic institutions.
