| Dr. Kirchoff is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing and Supply Chain Management department in the College of Business at East Carolina University. Dr. Kirchoff is also an affiliate faculty with the Center for Sustainable Tourism. He earned his PhD with a concentration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee. Prior to completing his PhD, he worked in industry for over 14 years with companies as diverse as Mercedes-Benz US International, Echostar Satellite Systems, and OEA Aerospace. His research interests focus on emerging issues in global supply chain management and include environmentally responsible supply chain practices, global supply chain management strategy , intra- and inter-firm integration, and global sourcing strategy.
