||Ericka R. Lawrence is an Assistant Professor of Management at East Carolina University. She teaches Organizational Development and Change. Her research focuses on a variety of organizational behaviors, including leadership, work-family issues, ethical decision making, and burnout.
Dr. Lawrence has previously published work in Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management, Advances in Healthcare Management, and the Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion among other journals. She has presented her research at the Academy of Management and Southern Management Association annual meetings.
Dr. Lawrence also is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to academia, she served as a tax manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Birmingham, AL.
