Paul S. Russell
Director for Graduate Programs
Paul began his career at ECU in 2005 and served as an Assistant Director for Graduate Programs since 2009. He was appointed Director in May 2016. Paul received his undergraduate business degree and MBA from ECU. When he is not at work, Paul can be found at Pirate sporting events or playing golf.
Administrative Support Associate
Betsy began her career at ECU in Undergraduate Admissions before moving to the College of Business Graduate Programs in July 2015. She received her BA in Arts Management from the College of Charleston. As a Greenville native, she has always cheered on the Pirates.
Assistant Director for Graduate Programs
Andrea began her ECU career in the Fall of 2015. Prior to joining ECU, she worked at Wilson Community College and Heidelberg University in Ohio. She also worked in London, England, for five years in international higher education. Andrea earned her BBA in Marketing from Texas Women's University in 2004 and her MA in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University in 2012. Andrea is excited to call Pirate Nation her new home!

Leonard began his career at ECU in Spring of 2017. He has worked at University of Arkansas at Monticello, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and Wilson Community College. Leonard earned both his BS in Food, Nutrition, and Food Service Management and MS in Counseling and Educational Development from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a long time follower of the Pirates, Leonard is excited to officially be part of Pirate Nation!
