Support our more than 2,600 students and help the school grow even stronger.
Gifts to the College of Business, Endowment of Excellence, and the Commerce Club provide the dean with unrestricted dollars, which he uses to support key initiatives of the college, including, but not limited to, student support and faculty research. This funding falls into the category that is often the most difficult to raise, yet over and over again makes the most difference to the most people. Endowment Gifts
Endowment gifts provide for support in perpetuity of students (scholarships), faculty (chairs, professorships, travel grants, prizes), and programs (funds for research, conferences, scholars and executive in residence, student amenities) of the College of Business.
Endowments are invested in the market through the East Carolina University Foundation, and 4.5% of the earnings interest is distributed, with any additional interest earned reinvested in the fund to help grow its value.

Planned Gifts
Planned Giving strategies can benefit your family, bring immediate and deferred tax advantages, and allow you to have a meaningful impact on the ECU College of Business, beyond your lifetime and far into the future.
We can work with you and your financial advisor to explore opportunities such as life income gifts, gift annuities, pooled income funds, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, retained life estates, donor advised funds, and bequests.

Ways to Give
You can support East Carolina University's College of Business and help fund the margin of excellence in many ways. You can make a gift now or learn about other giving options below.
