Steve Myszak
Director, Undergraduate Programs

Steve has been with the College of Business Advising Center since November 2014. Since 1996 he has gained a variety of professional experience at both small private colleges and mid-sized public universities where he has worked with Academic Advising, Academic Support, Residence Life, Orientation, and Career Services. He received a BS Degree in Biology from Saint Joseph's College, an MA in Student Personnel Services from Ball State University and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from NC State University.

Kevin Williams

Kevin, a native of Duplin County, N.C., has been with East Carolina University since 2005 and with the College of Business Advising Center since 2008. In addition to advising, he teaches COAD 1000, ECU’s freshman seminar course, and has coordinated the College of Business Community College Outreach Program. Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as a Master of Business Administration from ECU.

Butler

 

Katie Butler
Assistant Director, Advising

Katie was a military child, growing up in many different states before settling in North Carolina. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from East Carolina University. Katie began working in Student Rights and Responsibilities at ECU in 2014 before transitioning to the College of Business to facilitate their Living-Learning Community. When she is not working Katie enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Amy Eason

Amy has been an academic advisor for the College of Business since March 2011. In addition to advising, she teaches COAD 1000, ECU's freshman seminar course. Amy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Special Education as well as a MAED in Special Education from East Carolina University.

Tamette Goddard

Tamette, a native of Durham, NC received her B.S. in Rehabilitation Services and M.S. in Counselor Education from East Carolina University. Tamette is a professional member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. She has direct experience working with incoming students and families, first generation college students, athletes and minorities. She is passionate about utilizing her skills in interpersonal communication, academic program planning, and goal clarification. Tamette enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Cindy Haddock

Cindy began working at East Carolina University in 1999 and transferred to the College of Business in 2014. Cindy is responsible for the daily office operations of the COB Advising Center, and the COB Career Center.

McAllister

 

Brad McAllister
Assistant Director, Advising

Brad has been an academic advisor for the College of Business since August 2004. In addition to advising, he teaches COAD 1000, ECU's freshman seminar course. Brad earned an M. Ed in Higher Education Student Services from Georgia Southern University and holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Florida. Currently, Brad is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at ECU.

Aisha Powell

Aisha has worked with ECU for three years and is now serving as an Assistant Director of the College of Business Advising Center. She is responsible for coordinating the COB Living Learning Community events and advising COB undergraduates. When Aisha isn't here at ECU she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and volunteering in the community.

Charles "Drew" Winters

Drew is a native of Brunswick County, NC. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Sport Management and the Wolfpack will forever be in his heart. He received a Master degree in Recreation and Sport Administration from Western Kentucky University. Prior to coming to the College of Business at ECU, Drew worked in Student Life at Barton College for four years. He looks forward to continue working with students in eastern North Carolina education. A fun fact about Drew is that he has visited all 100 counties in NC!  He enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time at the beach or on the ocean during his free time.
