The CSR conducts web-based surveys using the Qualtrics online system. The CSR also engages in public interest and education projects that utilize Amazon's Mechanical Turk platform.
Although currently unavailable, the CSR is in the process of building the capability to conduct telephone surveys for national, regional, or local samples.
The CSR can also conduct surveys by mail using paper questionnaires. Data collected from mail surveys can be transferred into digital data for our clients.
The CSR has conducted numerous studies that utilize data collected from focus groups. We have the capability to design and conduct focus groups for any population of interest for our clients. Clients may also receive recordings and transcriptions of focus groups.
