Gina Betcher

Helps to facilitate the research mission of the College by providing assistance to faculty and departments with administrative and financial preparation of grant application packages and budgets. Provide assistance with proposal development, adherence to compliance, and shepherd proposals to the point of submission. Develop, organize and lead individual and group training workshops and presentations on funding sources, proposal development, and various aspects of pre- and post-award grant administration. Work closely with departmental research administration to ensure everyone remains apprised of changes in University, state and federal policies. Assist with strategic development and implementation of College-level pre= and post-award policies and procedures. Review reward documents to ensure that the notice of award, budget and terms and conditions match the proposal submission.

Dr. Bradley's duties include oversight of college space allocation, oversight of the Harriot College departments' outcome assessments, serving as a liaison to the SACS Planning Group and Compliance Certification Council, serving as a liaison to IPAR and ensuring the integrity of COACHE, Deleware, and CUPA reports, and monitoring and analyzing college SCH production.

Dr. Michael B. Brown

Dr. Brown is a professor of psychology and the associate dean for undergraduate academic and student affairs within the Thomas Harriot College of Arts and Sciences. In this role, Dr. Brown assists undergraduate students and faculty with grade appeals, student-faculty conflicts, and advising issues. He oversees the Harriot College Advising and Academic Resource Center and coordinates the college's Student Engagement and Learning Initiative. He also provides consultation and guidance for undergraduate curriculum and program development in the college and acts as the dean's representative for administrative approval of curriculum proposals at the College Curriculum Committee.

Dr. Cindy Putnam-Evans

Dr. Putnam-Evans administers the college research awards and the Glaxo Scholars Program. She disseminates information relating to funding available for college researchers and reviews and approves grant proposals. In addition, Dr. Putnam-Evans serves as liaison between the college and the university's Division of Research, Office of Sponsored Programs, and Grants Administration.

Ms. Gray enhances the presence of the college to both the internal and external campus community through the creation and distribution of college news that includes press releases, alumni articles, event announcements, Voyages Lecture Series advertising, and college newsletters. She works in coordination with the college's instructional technology consultant in regards to the college web site, and in coordination with both the director of development and major gifts officer in creating college campaign and donor materials. In addition, Ms. Gray represents the college at monthly meetings of the Campus Communicators group.

They serve as the initial points-of-contact for EPA personnel issues and review all EPA personnel actions for the college. Ms. Lillington works closely on a daily basis with the Anthropology, Economics, Geography, Mathematics, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology departments.

He also manages the college Website.
