Meeting Procedures, Membership and Voting
The College faculty shall meet at the discretion of the Dean or upon petition to the Dean by at least one-fourth of the College faculty.
The dean or a designated representative shall conduct College meetings according to the latest revision of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised.
Permanently tenured, tenure-track, and fixed-term faculty members and EPA administrators holding full- or part-time appointments in College departments shall be members of the College of Arts and Sciences and shall be entitled to attend College meetings and College-sponsored functions.
Only persons who meet the definition of "voting faculty member" in Appendix L of the Faculty Manual shall be eligible to vote on College matters.
A quorum shall consist of one-fourth of the College faculty.
