The techniques, methods, and tools we are using for the detection of different types of dna damage in human cells or tissues are:
- Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (CHEF Biorad DRII)
- Neutral and Alkaline Comet Assay
- Western Blotting
- Standard Agarose Gel Electrophoresis
- Image Analysis
- Enzymatic or chemical probes like human or E.coli repair enzymes or polyamines
