The techniques, methods, and tools we are using for the detection of different types of DNA damage in human cells or tissues are:

  1. Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (CHEF Biorad DRII)
  2. Neutral and Alkaline Comet Assay
  3. Western Blotting
  4. Standard Agarose Gel Electrophoresis
  5. Image Analysis
  6. Enzymatic or chemical probes like human or E.coli repair enzymes or polyamines
