Reasons Why I Chose PhD Program at ECU

My officemate at IBM was Dr. Brenda Rubens, whose husband, Dr. Phillip Rubens, was the head of the department at the time. She convinced me that the PhD program had what I was looking for, and I haven't been disappointed!
