Dana Harrington teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Rhetoric and Composition. Her research interests include History of Early Modern Rhetoric, Rhetorical Pedagogy, Rhetoric and Ethics, and Rhetorical Theory. Her work has appeared in Rhetoric Review, Rhetoric Society Quarterly, Composition Studies and in books that address early modern rhetoric and institutional practices in composition. Her current research project addresses early modern pedagogy and agency in the context of the rise of mass education in Britain.
