Center for Geographic Information Science - Monuments
The North Carolina Geodetic Survey(NCGS) has provided to East Carolina University three new geodetic monuments. Service such as the creation of these monuments is consistent with the missionof the NCGS and is appreciated. These monuments are named Hall, Messick, and Michelle and will provide an learning opportunity for students seeking geodetic reference points on campus.
