All schools on my mailing list will be receiving a packet in the mail with all the forms that are listed above. If you print the forms above and do not need a packet mailed to you, please e-mail me and let me know. The packets will be mailed out on November 30, 2012.

If you are not sure if your school is on my mailing list, please contact me via e-mail to verify that your school is listed on the mailing list. Please include your address on the e-mail. If you need the packet sent directly to you or another individual, please include the name.

New Calculator Policy

Calculators are no longer allowed for any testing at the ECU Mathematics contest.
