OOR is dedicated to creating and disseminating knowledge through research. Our office contributes directly to the university's research mission by providing comprehensive support to Arts and Sciences faculty and staff in their efforts to secure grant funding and, after award, the administration of externally sponsored research at the college level.

If you've never applied for research funding as an ECU investigator, you've come to the right place. We have developed a list of resources that will guide you through the basic steps including locating funding opportunities, developing a proposal, internal submission and approvals processes, and other related information.
