Basic Rules

  1. Start the RAMSeS file two weeks prior (minimum) to the due date.
  2. Always receive approval first from the Office of Research prior to submitting the RAMSeS file.
  3. A RAMSeS file is required of all requests for external funding through grants and for preliminary proposals to the National Science Foundation and to those which require a match by ECU.
