Application Requirements & Forms
A completed application includes:
- Completed Graduate School application, including a Statement of Personal Goals;
- Completed Department of Psychology Supplemental Application Form;
- Official GRE verbal, quantitative, and analytical test scores;
- Official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended;
- Three sealed letters of recommendation (at least two must be from psychologists)
APPLICATION DEADLINE is January 1st for the Ph.D. Program.
APPLICATION DEADLINE is February 1st for all M.A. and MACAS Programs.
1. Graduate School Application Forms can be completed entirely online, downloaded, completed and returned via regular mail, or a hard copy of the admissions packet can be sent to you for completion and return via regular mail.
