Research Interests
Curriculum-based and formative assessment and measurement, diagnostic accuracy, early mathematics assessment and intervention, interventions for reading comprehension and silent reading, and the use of interpersonal skill in consultation outcomes.
Professional Experience
Dr. Methe is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and has worked in elementary school settings each year since 1999 in various school psychological roles. Dr. Methe worked full-time as a school psychologist for 3 years, and was a special education and Title I director in a Massachusetts school district. As part of this experience, Dr. Methe provided consultative services to schools and families as part of the home and school consultation division of the May Institute in Randolph, Massachusetts.
