In addition to freelancing, I was a full time staff writer for The News Chronicle in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.

• Semi-finalist in the Tenth TV Writer.Com People’s Pilot Competition for entry of television sitcom proposal, “Rise for the Occasion.” Feb. 15, 2005

• Finalist in the Ninth TV Writer.Com People's Pilot Competition for entry, "Big Fish." Entry was one of 28 finalists out of 260 overall entries and 1 of 7 sitcom entries selected out of 85 sitcom submissions. January 2005
