ECU Storybook Theatre presents a tender tale of the human condition in a stage adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s international bestseller, The LittlePrince. When a young prince falls to earth, he learns many valuable lessons. For example: “One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye.”

The Lightning Thief
November 7 | Wright Auditorium, 7PM

 

A new musical adaptation of the book “Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief,”by Rick Riordan,takes you to a world of gods, monsters and heroes!

 

Percy, the 12-year-old son of Poseidon, gets pulled into an unfamiliar, mythological world. Percy struggles with dyslexia, ADHD, coming to terms with a father he has never known and solving the mystery of Zeus’ stolen lightning bolt.

A vast, ye scurvy dogs!

Set sail with ECU Storybook Theatre on a quest to find Captain Flint’s buried treasure. Since he’s a pirate, it’s located at a spot marked by an X, of course. Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale comes to life in this coming-of-age story. 

Everything you’ve ever learned about the world of pirates comes from this text. Enjoy the adventure, and don’t mind the parrot.

George always helps his friend Chef Pisghetti cook meatballs and serve them to a hungry crowd on “All-You-Can-Eat Meatball Day.” But thisyear, the crowd has vanished! Something is keeping people away!

 

That “something” is Phinneas Lightspeed’s Meatballs O’Matic machine. Determined to help his friend, George enters the Chef ’s meatballs in an international contest...in Rome! And that, dear reader, is where mayhem begins...
