To apply, please download the ECU application and accompanying required forms, complete them, and turn them in to the Office of Continuing Studies along with the non-refundable $75 application fee,
made out to East Caroina University. The application and fee can be mailed or hand-delivered to:

Spring semester program costs $9,500.
Cost covers tuition, insurance, international student card and more. For full details, visit the Facts and Fees page. There will be some additional costs for use of printers, papers, inks or other art supplies.

July 1, 2011 - $500.00
October 15 2011 - $1500.00
January 1, 2011 - $7500.00
