Summer Program 2014

In 2014, we will offer two different 25 -day programs that will allow students from ANY major to earn 3-6 credits while living and traveling in Italy. The program cost includes 3 days of study in Rome and 3 days of study in Venice as well as an overnight in Florence and in Cinque Terre on the Mediterranean coast.  During the three weeks students will also travel to Pisa, San Gimignano, Orvieto, Assisi, Montepulciano, and Siena from our home base in the medieval Tuscan village of Certaldo Alto.

While in Certaldo students live in beautiful apartments or bed and breakfast lodgings with 2 students in a room, (4 to an apartment) with a shared kitchen, bathroom and dining spaces; all utilities are included. Dinner on all class days is provided. On all school-sponsored overnight trips students share very nice hostel lodgings with breakfast and dinner provided. These meals and all lodgings are included in the program fee along with transportation to and from the airport in Italy, trains, boats, buses and metros on all school trips, museum entrances, tours, international health insurance, 24 hour local assistance, tours and tuition!
