Although faculty advisors and administrators make a sincere effort to keep students on-track and abreast of important information concerning curricula, it is the student's responsibility to fulfill all requirements in the chosen curriculum.

All School of Music students will be advised by the Academic Advisor. Students may have additional advisement by their Department Chair, Program Coordinator, and/or other major-area professor.  Additionally, undergraduate students may be advised by the Associate Director for Student Services, and graduate students may be advised by the Director of Graduate Studies.
