Listen to the ECU Jazz Ensemble "A"!

The Dr. Billy Taylor Jazz Concert, with Bobby Watson, featured guest artist, and the ECU Jazz Ensemble "A," directed by Carroll V. Dashiell, Jr. was held Friday, April 22.

Latest News:

Gabriel DiMartino has joined the ECU School of Music as assistant professor of trumpet. DiMartino has performed as a member of The Wichita Symphony, The New Columbian Brass Band and the Doc Severinsen Big Band.

Jazz events at East Carolina University:

February 25, TOMTHEJAZZMAN Scholarship Benefit, featuring Guest Artist Jiggs Whigham, with the Jazz Faculty.
