Dr. Jonathan Wacker is the faculty member for the percussion area. He has been on the faculty at East Carolina University since 1999, having taught at Indiana University Bloomington, Armstrong Atlantic University and University of Nevada-Reno previously.
As a performer, Dr. Wacker has many years of professional experience in a wide range of genres of music. Just a few of his performing experiences are listed below:

Dr. Wacker holds the Doctorate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington, A Masters degree from University of Nevada-Reno and the Bachelors degree from the University of North Texas.
