Chris Ulffers received an M.M. from Indiana University; a B.M., Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He has performed throughout Midwest with such orchestras as Springfield (Ill.) Symphony, St. Louis Philharmonic; in Indiana, the South Bend, Evansville, Terre Haute, and Indianapolis symphonies; and on East Coast with Virginia Symphony, Virginia Opera, The North Carolina Symphony, Charlotte Symphony, Charleston (SC) Symphony, and Wilmington (NC) Symphony. Participant in Aspen Music Festival and National Festival of Music, home of National Repertory Orchestra and the Breckenridge Chamber Orchestra.  Ulffers has received recognition through numerous awards, recordings, solo performances, and radio broadcasts
