Blair McMillen, piano

   Blair McMillen has established himself as one of the most versatile and sought-after pianists today.  The New York TImes has descirbed his as "riveting," "prodigoiusly accomplished and exciting," and as one of the piano's "brilliant starts."  Recent appearances include Carnegie Hall, as soloist with the American Symphony Orchestra, Bang on a Can's 25th anniversary marathon, Miller THeatre's "Piano Revolution" series, the Moscow Conservatory, the Metropholitan Museum, and CalArts.  Performance highlight from recent seasons include the Prokofiev Concerto #1 at the Bard Music Festival, Walter Piston's Concertino in Carnegie Hall, and numerous appearances with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Albany Symphony, and the New York Philharmonic.
