Music Packet:
Those intending to participate in the music track should purchase the music packet IN ADVANCE of the festival from Burrage Music, attention Don Howard, 1-800-662-7318 or at <bmc@burrage.com> There will be a limited supply of packets available for purchase at the Festival but to ensure that you have your music, and to allow for advance preparation, please purchase yours in advance. Meals, Housing and Directions: the cost of all Friday and Saturday lunches and the Friday night Festival Banquet is covered in the registration fee. A list of local hotels, restaurants and directions will be included in your confirmation letter.
Hymn Tune Competition: Details of the competition, which is open to all registrants except the 2007 winner, will be sent with confirmation of registration and will be available on the festival web site.
Deadlines and Refund Policy: There is no deadline for registration; however, from January 14 applications should be faxed to 252.328.6258. Meals cannot be guaranteed for those received after January 16. Full refunds will be given to cancellations before January 14; after that date a partial refund will be given, reflecting the cost of festival materials and meals.
Make checks payable to the East Carolina University School of Music and send, with completed registration form, to Religious Arts Festival, School of Music, East Carolina University, Greenville, NC 27858-4353. Please include your e-mail address. A confirmation will be sent to you at the address indicated on the form.
