• Submit an online application, or, print and mail the Registration/Application Form in PDF format .

• Complete Health Certificate and bring this to registration.

• Select fee payment option on Registration/Application Form.

• OPTION A: Enclose full amount ($395.00) with Registration Form (410.00 with private lesson)
  
  
• OPTION B: Enclose $100.00 deposit with Registration Form and pay the balance of the fee on or before June 1, 2008.
  
  
• OPTION C: Enclose $295.00 which includes all fees with the exception of room.

       *NOTE: If your child has participated in any of the NC 
         All-District Bands this year (2008) we will grant them           
         scholarships in the following amounts:

       1.  Any All-District participant: 50.00 scholarship

       2. Honors Band eligible (top chairs): 100.00 scholarship.

        Just make a note on the application form. We will verify by checking names                 against programs provided by each district.
