Registration Information
The 2008 North Carolina Suzuki Institute is currently full.
We cannot accept new applications at the moment, however, we will be happy to place your child in our waiting list. Please e-mail us at suzuki@ecu.edu for more information.
University liability: The University and faculty do not assume responsibility for the personal property of faculty, students, staff, and guests. Pets: No pets are permitted on campus.
Refund policy: Registration fees are not refundable. All other fees will be refunded in full provided notice of cancellation and a request for refund is received in writing by June 1, 2008. No refund will be made after that date. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or missed meals.
Student ages: Students 12 years of age or younger must be accompanied by one or both parents or another responsible adult. Students 13 or over living in the dorm will be supervised by a counseling staff and must abide by all regulations announced at the beginning of the Institute.
Registration Procedures:
1. Complete our new on-line Registration Form or download a printable PDF Registration Form.
2. Mail the payment (and registration form, if you downloaded our PDF form) to:

All fees must be paid in full by May 15, 2008. Students whose full fees have not been paid by then will be scheduled only if space is available. Space is limited, so please register early.
3. You will receive:
- confirmation of your registration
- notice of amount due, if any
4. Original registration deadline: May 15, 2008. If space is available, late registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The late registration fee is $100.
