East Carolina University's School of Theatre and Dance seeks an Assistant Professor in Theatre History for a tenure track position in a large, well-established undergraduate Theatre Arts program. Interest, research and experience in minority theatre preferred. Candidate will teach classes in Theatre History and Literature sequence and supervise Writing Intensive requirement associated with those courses, as well as teach Introduction to Theatre, and advise students.

PhD preferred, MFA with appropriate background considered. All degrees should be from appropriately accredited institutions.
