Appropriate Rehearsal Behavior
If you are cast in a production, please follow these suggestions:
-
Get to rehearsal at least 10 minutes before the time you're supposed to be there.
-
Bring a pencil and your script.
-
Wear appropriate clothing (e.g., rehearsal clothing).
-
Check your props before rehearsal starts.
-
Arrive at rehearsal physically and vocally warmed-up.
-
Be ready to work: energized and attentive. Cope with your personal problems outside the work environment.
-
Maintain good personal hygiene.
-
Stay healthy - eat sensibly - get enough sleep.
-
Respect the ability of others and their needs for quiet during rehearsals.
-
Once in production, performers will act as directed or choreographed from curtain rise through curtain call, with no divergence.
