Controller's Office
The Controller's Office, within DHS Administration and Finance, consists of three operational units: DHS Contracts, Financial Services and Systems Support.
DHS Contracts is responsible for the management and complete accounting cycle for all DHS active revenue and payable medical contracts, including the administration and reporting of the contract receivable funds.
Financial Services encompasses Financial Accounting, budgeting, financial and cost reporting, the centralized cash management function and the Cashier's Office.
Systems Support handles systems development, production and ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and serves as a divisional liaison with east campus departments such as Systems Coordination and ITCS.
