The Controller's Office, within DHS Administration and Finance, consists of the following units: DHS Contracts, DHS Systems Support, and Financial Services as related to the Division of Health Sciences.
DHS Contracts is responsible for the management and complete accounting cycle for all DHS non-ECU Physicians contracts.
DHS Systems Support handles systems development, production and ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and serves as a divisional liaison with Main Campus departments such as Systems Coordination and ITCS.
Financial Services, as related to the Division of Health Sciences, encompasses Financial Accounting, budgeting, and reporting for non-ECU Physicians funds.
The Controller plans, organizes, develops, administers and coordinates all functions and services of the Controller's Office within the Division of Health Sciences, including DHS Contracts, DHS Systems Support and Financial Services as related to the Division of Health Sciences.
